Brandon Dyer, Captain (CPT), began his military career in 2018 commissioning as a 2LT from Fort Benning, GA's Officer Candidate School (OCS) as a quartermaster officer. Dyer was assigned to Ft. Stewart, GA to the 92D Engineer Battalion as a distribution platoon leader and executive officer for the Forward Support Company (FSC).
Dyer attended Logistics Captain Career Course in Fort Gregg-Adams, VA prior to being assigned as a battalion S4 and company commander for the 703D Brigade Support Battalion (BSB), 2D Amor Brigade Combat (2ABCT), 3D Infantry Division (3ID) at Fort Stewart, GA. Dyer joined the IU Indianapolis Army ROTC program in 2025 as the military science 200 and American military history instructor.
Dyer's military awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (10LC), Army Achievement Medal (10LC), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon.
